Mike,
Hope your visit went
well today at the VPD Fields site.
What is to be done about
the non-compliance to Code stadium lights?
What is to be done about
the non-compliance to Code electric pole and hook up?
What is to be done about
the non-compliance to Code setbacks of the baseball dugouts?
How does DPER plan to
mitigate the drainage problem created by the hill constructed under VPD C
& G Type 1 on parcel #202-303-9020?
What is the KC recording
survey number DPER is using to assign the KCC setbacks on parcel #292-303-9081
& # 202-303-9020?
When visiting the site
today did anyone make note of these various issues that do not/have not adhere
to KCC, WAC and RCW? How & when are these slated to be brought into
compliance?
What is the DPER stating
as the acreage of the VPD Fields project?

Good Morning Mike resending this mail as some how we have not
received a response to date.
Thanks.
Mike,
What time frame might we expect that the two tanks placed in 2011
in non-compliance to code, law and regulation, and two additional tanks placed
in autumn 2013 in non-compliance be removed?
From what property lines will the setbacks be determined?
What survey (KC file # & date please) will be used to
determine the various setbacks?
How far will the setbacks be and which KCC will be used to
determine this?
What are the code setbacks for concrete and wooden dugouts to be
in an unincorporated rural residential area from private property lines and
what KCC, WAC or RCW references this?
What are the code setbacks for concrete stadium lights to be in an
unincorporated rural residential area from private property lines and what KCC,
WAC or RCW references this?
What are the code setbacks for power poles be in an unincorporated
rural residential area from private property lines and what KCC, WAC or RCW
references this?
Thank you,
Margaret and Gay Rosser
